This hotel offers great value for money; the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the clean and well-equipped rooms to the generous bathrooms. The location, tucked away in a small alley, adds to the charm and provides a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
All aspects of this hotel were exceptional; there is nothing that could be improved.

Nice hotel with personal/family feeling, new and clean rooms, comfortable king size bed, super clean bathroom with compliments, good wifi, free access to Nescafe/tea/water.

The hotel was in a great location, near all the main attractions and public transportation. We could easily walk to everything. The staff was helpful and friendly, offering advice and even speaking multiple languages. The room was small but clean, with modern furniture and a nice shower room.
The sound isolation in the room was not good, as we could hear our neighbors loudly chatting and listening to music late at night. the pillows were far too hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Located in a lovely neighborhood, this hotel is in the center of the old town and near all the famous attractions. The clean and comfortable rooms provide a great base for exploring. The friendly staff is always ready to help and the breakfast is excellent. You can enjoy hot powerful showers in the amazing bathrooms and the WiFi signal is perfect throughout the hotel.
Some staff members had limited English-speaking abilities, which can be challenging for international guests.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the facilities are great. The location is perfect, just a short walk from many historical sites and the old city center. The proximity to Cemberlitas tram station is an added bonus. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and had a good shower. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus. I particularly appreciated the help from the hotel manager in organizing our excursions and saving us money. The staff, especially Haydar, were friendly and always willing to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.
Although the breakfast was basic, there are Starbucks and other options nearby. There was some noise from the floor above us, and the AC in our room was not working.
